*Important notes re fees:

*Individual document pricing above. If you only want one document, then the cost is more. Fees above are based on a client requiring on average 2 or more documents at 1 signing appointment. Discounts possible for multiple documents.

*Prices are based on "basic" or "standard" documents. Contact us for details. In assessing fees, we take both age and circumstances into account.

*The above fees do not apply to hospital, senior's / nursing / care residences or independent living residence appointments, questions of mental capacity, or for any documentation that is not standard, or to estate consult/planning.  Appointments involving a hospital, any type of care facility or independent living centre are typically approx. double the cost. *Inquire for specifics re your circumstances or if you require only one document. Fees for one document only start at $449.

Important note re do-it-yourself documentation:

If you draft your own documentation,  be advised that you're taking your own chances regarding form, content and execution formalities. Doing-it-yourself leaves you with no insurance against your own mistakes. Your intentions may not be upheld and, your documentation may not be of use with institutions from Banks to the Court of King's bench, etc. If you decide to do-it-yourself, be forewarned that doing so is not a substitute for the assistance of a lawyer.

Consultations, PST or GST tax, disbursements, home visit costs not included.
